Jen became a mindset coach after going through the program herself. She saw the change it made in her and wanted others to feel the same way. She went through the program as she was suffering from depression and anxiety and was contemplating going back on medication after only coming off it a few months prior.
On completion she found she had greater skills in not only combating depression and anxiety, but recognising the symptoms much earlier than before and can take appropriate action almost immediately, without the need for medication. She also found bonus benefit from things such as the elimination of a growing fear of flying and greater patience in traffic.
She is now wanting others to feel the same freedom she does. You don’t have to have depression or anxiety to see her (although if you do then she understands it on a first level) you just have to have the desire to be the best person you can be. These are skills you have inside of you and Jen can help you bring them out.
Outside of being a coach, Jen enjoys hanging out at home with her fiance, dog and cat. She loves to chill out on the couch or in the hammock. She also enjoys going out for drives near and far and loves ice cream no matter how cold it is outside.
